Hibiscus I

Hibiscus tea known as "Roselle" with a  beautiful hue with a strong flavor and tarty. Has a floral aroma and astringent.  Good tea for spring and summer and great with ice.

Benefits: Good for diabetes, regulate blood sugar and blood pressure.  Help with inflammation.  Skin health.  

Store flowery and buds tea leaves in fridge after it is opened.  (35 degrees F- 38 degrees F)
