Pu'erh is a traditional class of Chinese aged "Dark" tea that undergoes fermentation in addition to oxidation.  It is packed tightly into cakes(bingcha), nest bowl(tuocha) or bricks to preserve its flavor which makes it a great tea that ages well.  

 

Temperature: 205 F (96 C) or 210 F (98.8 C)       Steep Time: 3 to 5 minutes
