212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius)

Steep Time:

5 to 7 minutes up max 10 minutes per tea bag

Recommended: 1 or 2 cups(8oz) a day 2 hours prior lunch meal.  2 hours prior to dinner meal.  For best results drink a cup on empty stomach and during a light or regular workout routine.
