Steep Time: 2 to 4 minutes

Genmaicha: 

Temperature: 175 F -185 F (79.4 C-85 C)               

Steep Time: 2 to 4 minutes

Sencha:

Temperature: 160 F-175 F (71.1 C-79.4 C)               

Steep Time: 30 seconds to 1 minute; max: 2 minutes                                                                               

Gyokuro:

Temperature: 104 F-160 F (40 C-71.1 C)                 

Steep Time: 1 to 2 minutes

Tencha:

Temperature: 176 F (80 C)                                   

Steep Time: 2 minutes

Hojicha:

Temperature: 190 F-200 F (87.7 C-93.3 C)             

Steep Time: 2 to 5 minutes
