Prepare as a Tisane(Herbal) Tea

Temperature

212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius)

Steep Time:

5 to 7 minutes up max 10 minutes per tea bag

Recommended: Drink 1 tea bag for 1 cup(8oz) with dinner.  For best results drink 1 hour before bedtime in a relax state of mind: Reading a book, doing a puzzle, studying, listening to soft music or meditation.  Sleep well!  Wake up to make a difference.
